nwplay Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nwplay ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nwplay.app. This Agreement governs all access to and use of nwplay's website, mobile-optimised interface, games, promotions, payment systems, and any other services offered under the nwplay brand.

By registering an account, accessing the nwplay platform, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you expressly acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the nwplay platform and close your account.

nwplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of nwplay following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of the nwplay platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated under Philippine gaming regulations for casino-style online gambling. nwplay enforces mandatory age verification for all account registrations. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the nwplay platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines and any applicable jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme operated by nwplay or any connected gaming regulatory body at the time of registration or continued access.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one (1) nwplay account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

To access real-money gaming services on nwplay, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. nwplay is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawals or activating bonus offers. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PRC ID).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing your registered mobile number and name).

nwplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where verification documents cannot be provided, where documents are found to be falsified or altered, or where the information provided during registration does not match the documents submitted. Any balance in an account closed for verification failure may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nwplay login credentials. You must notify nwplay support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. nwplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

All financial transactions on nwplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nwplay supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and UnionBank.

Deposits. All deposits are credited to your nwplay account in Philippine Peso. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by nwplay and may vary by payment method. nwplay does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits made via GCash are typically reflected in your nwplay account within seconds of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by the nwplay payments team within the timelines specified on the platform at the time of request. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• nwplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.

nwplay offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds awarded to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

Game Contribution. Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed, while live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse. nwplay actively monitors player accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. nwplay reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Promotion Availability. All promotions are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria. nwplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have commenced qualifying activity.

All games available on the nwplay platform — including slots, live casino titles, bingo, and any other gaming products — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

Random Number Generation. All nwplay slot games and non-live casino games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent technical auditors. The results of RNG-based games cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including nwplay.

Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are operated in real-time by human dealers in controlled studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by the physical mechanics of the relevant game (e.g., card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls). nwplay is not responsible for technical interruptions during live dealer sessions, however any incomplete round will be settled in accordance with the available game data at the time of interruption.

Disputed Game Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with nwplay support within seventy-two (72) hours of the game round in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. nwplay's decision following a dispute investigation shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nwplay platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or promotional structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder money or use nwplay for any activity associated with financial crime, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards nwplay staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, self-exclusion measure, or deposit limit set by the player or imposed by nwplay.

All content available on the nwplay platform — including but not limited to the nwplay brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, promotional materials, written content, software code, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of nwplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nwplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nwplay content; reverse-engineer any nwplay software; use any nwplay branding in connection with any third-party product or service; or scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of nwplay intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by nwplay and its licensors.

nwplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the platform. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Player Protection Tools. All registered nwplay players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your nwplay account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the nwplay platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formally entering self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nwplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the nwplay platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

nwplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While nwplay takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.

The nwplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nwplay expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit nwplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

nwplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on nwplay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences. nwplay does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers engaged to support platform operations and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

nwplay implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data transmitted to and from the platform. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you transmit information to nwplay at your own risk.

nwplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, updates to platform features, or revisions to operational policies.

When material changes are made to these Terms, nwplay will provide notice to registered players by one or more of the following methods: email notification to the address registered on your account, a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform, or an announcement in the nwplay news or promotions section.

Your continued use of the nwplay platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account by contacting nwplay support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or as otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the nwplay platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nwplay from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where such relief is necessary to protect nwplay's rights or prevent irreparable harm.
